Christine Betz: Marketing Manager

  • Social Media

    • Facebook – post once or twice a week with content from the field (occasional fluff pieces when things are slow)

    • Facebook – twice daily check local groups for requests for plumbers

    • Google My Business – monitor and respond to reviews

    • Instagram – more casual posts less frequently

    • NextDoor – periodically check for recommendations and referrals

  • Website

    • Keep website up-to-date

    • Respond to form requests when covering the phone

    • Update team on website stats (infrequently, only as needed when trends shift)

  • Jobber

    • Daily send client reminders the evening before their appointment (as well as immediately after creating an appointment).

    • Branding for email templates/invoices etc.

  • Online Advertising

    • Monitor/manage ongoing Google Advertising (update team during weekly meeting)

    • Quarterly Newsletter sent out to our email list

    • Setup/work with Best Pick Reports for online and in-print posting

    • Job postings on Facebook, Zip-Recruiter etc. when applicable

  • Print Advertising
